A few important reminders:
Days: The ECA’s will take place on four days each week, Monday-Thursday
Timings: ECA’s will take place after school for all year groups, the timings will be as follows:
● from 1:15 pm to 2:20 pm for FS students
● from 2:45 pm and 3:45 pm for Year 1-13
Please note that minimum registration numbers are required to run an activity. We will inform parents if any activities are cancelled due to insufficient numbers.
Transportation:
There will be no alternative school transport arrangements made for the ECA’s, please collect your child promptly at the end of the session.
Start Date and Taster week:
ECA taster week will be held on the week of 2nd January which students can attend free of charge.
Sessions will formally begin the following week, 9th January 2023.
Payment:
Payment may be done at the school directly or by bank transfer.
